Why won’t the ‘Ship to’ address accept my US address?

We are currently only shipping to 48 States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

How does the white glove delivery work?

Once your order has reached our local partner facility, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient appointment. Our highly skilled furniture technicians will then carefully deliver and install your product. All packaging material will be removed from the site and be disposed of in an off-site green facility. You will be given our warrantee and maintenance pamphlet at this point. 

When can I expect delivery of my online order?

In-stock products usually arrive within 10-15 business days of order placement. Once your order reaches our local partner facility, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient appointment.  

Pre-order and made-to-order product require a longer lead time. For these pieces, please refer to the delivery date shown on the product page.

How can I track my order?

Since we offer White Glove delivery and installation services, live tracking is not available at this time. Once the product is received at our local facility, you will be contacted to schedule an on-site appointment at your convenience. Should you need an update regarding the progress of your delivery, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

Where is the product shipping from?

Our product arrives directly from Italy and is housed in our NY facility.

What is the cost of shipping?

Delivery and installation fees are calculated based on carrier rates, distance, size/weight and packing complexity.  The cost is then calculated after all shipping and delivery specifications have been entered.

How fast are the products delivered?

What if the product is defective?

B&B Italia guarantees the frame of its padded furniture (sofas, armchairs, chairs and beds) for 10 years from the date of manufacture (as stated on the “Product data sheet - Guarantee”). These products are covered by the warranty against original defects in manufacturing of the structural parts consisting of the iron frame wrapped in cold foamed polyurethane.

B&B Italia guarantees the cover, the feet, the materials, accessories, and mechanisms making up the product for 26 months from the date of manufacture (as stated on the “Product data sheet - Guarantee”) against any manufacturing defect including lacquering and frame of non-upholstery products. Do I have to pay to return a product?

Each returned Product return you make, will be subject to a 35% restocking charge of the Total Purchase Price that you have paid, excluding original shipping costs; in addition, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please click here to know more about our return policy.

Can B&B Italia refuse to give a refund?

Items that cannot be returned and are not refundable:

I.        items that are Custom Products, and items purchased as final sale or as special offers;

II.        items that are dirty and/or damaged by the client
