Patricia Urquiola

Patricia Urquiola pursued her education in architecture and design at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and later completed her studies at the Politecnico di Milano, where she graduated under the guidance of Achille Castiglioni. Patricia Urquiola was acknowledged in Spain for her extraordinary talent and commitment, receiving the prestigious Golden Medal for Merits in Art and the Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic. Thanks to her extensive knowledge and experience, Patricia has become one of the most influential and successful designers of our time.

In 2001, she established her own studio which focused on industrial product design, architecture, art direction, and strategy consulting. She collaborates with prominent design companies and global organizations and is a member of the advisory board for the Politecnico di Milano university and the Triennale Milano Design Museum. Additionally, she was an instructor for the master's program in Interior Design at the Domus Academy in Milan from 2013 to 2015 and has delivered talks at distinguished universities around the world.
